This option is best if you have all your important items like pictures and documents and accounts in the cloud, or already backed up, since it cuts straight to the chase and will give you a nice clean slate and fresh start in the shortest time — just the essentials you expect, without any junk. 🙂
If you don’t have your documents backed up yet, don’t worry, we make it incredibly easy to take advantage of this service. If you still want a fresh system and want to preserve your files too, we back up your documents, pictures, etc, and copy them back when we’re done for just a bit of extra service time (usually 1/2 hr extra service time, or $50 + tax), so you get all the benefits of a fresh system and keep all your personal files too!
